Refund policy

All earring sales are final but please contact us if you have any issues, concerns or questions about your order at roveworksstudio@gmail.com.  I'm sure we'll be able to come to a solution!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
